Tomorrow is the last work session before the container is loaded this Saturday morning
starting at 8 AM

Over the past weeks and months, we’ve worked hard to sort, pack and label the supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals in our warehouse.

Tomorrow night from 7 to 9 PM we’ll be putting the finishing touches on our cargo including final boxing of items and building and shrink wrapping the pallets.  And then, believe it or not, our 40 foot ocean container will ship out in just 3 days, on Saturday, 9/12.

On Saturday morning starting at 8 AM we’ll begin the process of moving everything to the loading dock and loading it on the container. The entire process should be finished by 11:30 or noon. Donuts, coffee and other beverages will be served.

Please come and help tomorrow and/or Saturday. Family and friends are welcome!

Only 4 work sessions remain and there’s still plenty to do as we prepare for the loading of our 40 foot ocean container in 11 days. There will be a work session tonight, this Thursday, and next Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 PM.  Then we’ll be loading our container starting at 9 AM on Saturday, 9/12!!

Please come by the warehouse to help pack  the boxes, and build and shrink wrap the pallets.
