Mr. Blaisdell is the founder and Managing Partner of Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC and serves as President and Managing Partner. He is a consummate business executive experienced in strategy development and implementation. As a purpose-driven business leader, he focuses on effective management controls and continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and business growth.

Mr. Blaisdell brings 25+ years of extensive business experience in various roles across international commercial consulting and government contract operations. He has diverse entrepreneurial expertise in strategic planning consulting in private, not-for-profit, and federal government and international/multi-national organizations, projects, programs, logistics, procurement, contracting, accounting, facilities, human capital, organizational management, and functional and financial and resource management. Mr. Blaisdell has had a life-long passion and commitment to good citizenship through his involvement with numerous local and international charities. Mr. Blaisdell is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University and a certificate from the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University.

Why VHCMB?

I have always held the belief that if I have the means and ability to help, I will always do what I can. I initially got involved as a favor to a friend to help the Brigade with some business process reengineering and organizational restructuring. At the end of my first engagement with the Brigade founders, I knew I had to be a part of this organization, doing anything I could to help. The children of Honduras and the future of the country need support. The incredible hands-on positive impact that the Brigade provides to so many people, but especially the children, will have me engaged until they no longer need me or I am no longer able.
